Code Enforcement Investigation Request - Electronic Submission

Welcome to the City of Kyle's Code Enforcement Online Investigation Request Form. This online form was created to provide the citizens of Kyle an additional option to file a concern with the City.  You may also call the City of Kyle's Code Enforcement Officer, Lupe Gil,  at (512) 262-3914, or you may stop by and visit with the Code Enforcement officer at City Hall to file a concern in person during business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Important Information

Your concern will be processed or referred to the necessary department in the order it was received; however, complaints involving public safety or environmental hazards will be expedited.

At a minimum, the City needs the following information to investigate your concern:

* The location of the violation (street address if known)
* A brief description of your concern
* Your name, address and a contact information where you can be reached if desired

Note: All required fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled out for the form to be submitted and investigated.

Your personal contact information will not be disclosed to anyone and will be kept confidential to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Our Process

After receiving your concern, a case will be opened for investigation by the Code Enforcement Officer. In general, concerns will be investigated within 24 hours of normal business hours.

Code Enforcement protects life, safety, and property through the enforcement of codes and standards for the maintenance and regulation of property, buildings, and structures in the city.  The Code Enforcement Officer enforce the Codes professionally and consistently in order to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Kyle. The city seeks voluntary compliance for Code violations; however, we may proceed with citations, civil penalties or court actions if necessary.
