Spay/Neuter Vouchers

The City of Kyle has a limited number of spay/neuter vouchers available to city residents to cover the cost of the spay/neuter surgery at PALS Prevent a Litter in San Marcos.

To receive a voucher, please complete the Spay/Neuter Voucher Online Application below or download and complete the Spay/Neuter Voucher form and email it to kpd-aco@cityofkyle.com. You will then be contacted by the Kyle Animal Control Division to provide proof of residency and a copy of current rabies certificate to receive your voucher. 

You can also apply for a voucher in person at the Kyle Public Safety Center, 1700 Kohler’s Crossing, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Just bring proof of residency and a copy of current rabies certificate to apply and receive your voucher. 

Spay/Neuter Vouchers are available to City of Kyle Residents Only. Proof of residency can be any form of government issued ID and a city of Kyle utility bill with an address inside the Kyle City Limits.
