Code Enforcement Officers Ask for Your Assistance!

As a friendly reminder to Kyle residents, Code Enforcement Officers want to remind residents about City Ordinance 280 that requires any occupied or unoccupied lot or parcel of land to be maintained free from growth of any grass, weeds, or any other rank vegetation that is 12 (twelve) inches or greater in height.

With the recent August rains combined with our mild Central Texas climate, grass, weeds and other vegetation will grow very rapidly. Also, it is the property owners’ responsibility to keep the sidewalks, ditches and right of ways adjacent to their property mowed.
