Status Updates 

Approved Oct. 8, 2014: Supplement No. 1 to LJA Engineering, Inc., Austin, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $28,190.00 for the purpose of additional utility engineering services and documents necessary for the development of project plan sheets, estimates, specifications for inclusion in bidding documents for Bunton Creek Roadway improvements.

Approved Dec. 16, 2014: Supplement No. 2 to LJA Engineering, Inc., Austin, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $168,910.00 for the purpose of providing Right of Way services and documents, (parcel plats, appraisal reports, appraisal reviews, title and closing, etc.), for the acquisition of up to an estimated 12 parcels along Bunton Creek Road from IH35 East Frontage Road to Lehman Road. 

Approved Dec. 16, 2014: Supplement No. 3 to LJA Engineering, Inc., Austin, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $43,910.00 for the purpose of additional engineering services needed during the acquisition of Right of Way for the road improvements.

 Approved January 3, 2017: Supplement No. 4 to LJA Engineering, Inc., Austin, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $32,460.00 for the purpose of additional engineering services needed for the design and development of plan sheets necessary to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Goforth and Bunton during project construction.

Approved July 18, 2017: Supplement No. 5 to LJA Engineering, Inc., Austin, Texas, for a reallocation of funds within the contract of $14,000.00 for the purpose of reducing right of way acquisition services and increasing the engineering services needed for redesigning and developing the new plans sheets necessary for Bunton Creek Road from Universal Forrest Products to Lehman.
